Pickleball is relatively new to Crozet Park and the Park’s existing Quickstart tennis courts were relined in 2019 to include both pickleball and tennis lines. Pickleball is a fun, fast paced game combining many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong. Pickleball is played with wooden paddles and a plastic ball with holes, similar to a “whiffle” ball. Play can include doubles or singles.
The local Crozet pickleball group, who paid to have the pickleball lines added, often plays on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays early to mid-morning. They are a fun group and receptive to others who wish to join their play.
Additionally, the Crozet Park Aquatics and Fitness Center (CPAFC) operated by ACAC may also schedule courts as part of CPAFC programming. CPAFC related programming will be posted on court fencing and also announced via the ACAC/CPAFC website. All other days/times are open for public use for either tennis or pickleball. Please limit play to one hour if others are waiting.
Please observe the following rules for everyone’s enjoyment:
Courts are provided for racquet sports only.
Only tennis shoes are allowed on the court.
Any objects that may damage the court surface are not allowed.
Limit play to 1 hour if others are waiting.

Court use is on a first-come, first-serve basis with the exception of programming provided as part of the CPAFC.
