Boot Camp for REAL People is an outdoor, fun and challenging exercise class for all ages and abilities. You can expect to do interval training with exercises such as walking/running, athletic drills, jumping rope, agility drills, and much more. Strength training includes body weight exercises such as pushups, assisted pull ups, squats and lunges. There will always be corework and stretching. You will never get bored because each class is different! Come try out your first class for free!
Boot Camp is on M,W, F 6-7am and T/Th from 9:15-10:15am.
